I am a certified Somatic Activated Healing™ (SAH) Method & Breathwork facilitator, a Reiki Practitioner, & a Certified Sound Bath Facilitator, with a deep passion for helping individuals reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from years of experience in holistic wellness, I aim to create a safe and nurturing space where clients can explore healing through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. My approach is grounded in the belief that everyone holds the innate power to heal and transform their lives. The Somatic Activated Healing™ (SAH) Method is a holistic practice that combines somatic postures, breathwork, meditation, positive affirmations and intuitive movement to release stored emotional trauma from the body. It focuses on integrating the mind, body, and spirit to promote deep healing and transformation.

A Holotropic Breathwork session involves lying down, listening to evocative music, and engaging in circular connect breathing or 3-part breath to enter an altered state of consciousness.
